The stage was set at Pacific D21 Mall, Dwarka, New Delhi on 6th–7th September 2025 as Team TEKKEN India proudly hosted the TEKKEN Nexus 2025 – TWT Challenger Event. With over 240 attendees and some of the world’s top talent in attendance, India witnessed one of its most electrifying Tekken tournaments ever.
🏆 Champion – DNF Mulgold
Dominating the bracket from start to finish, DNF Mulgold proved why he is a force to be reckoned with on the global stage. His flawless run through the winners side ended with a nail-biting 3-2 victory in the Grand Final against VARREL Rangchu, cementing his spot as the TEKKEN Nexus 2025 champion.
🥈 Runner-Up – VARREL Rangchu
After being sent to the losers bracket early, VARREL Rangchu displayed incredible resilience. His comeback through multiple high-stakes sets, including a thrilling 3-2 victory over Virtus Mangja in the Losers Final, set the stage for a grand showdown. Despite his valiant effort, Rangchu fell just short in the final hurdle.
🥉 Third Place – Virtus Mangja
Representing Virtus with pride, Mangja showcased consistency and sharp decision-making throughout the tournament. Taking down strong opponents and reaching the Losers Final, Mangja secured a well-earned third place finish.
🔥 Other Notable Performances
DNF Ulsan finished 4th, with a strong winners side run before falling to Rangchu.
RRQ JDCR and T1 EDGE ended their campaigns in 5th place, both showing flashes of brilliance.
VARREL Pinya and VIT JeonDDing rounded out the Top 8, bringing world-class Tekken action to Indian fans.

TEKKEN Nexus 2025 wasn’t just a tournament — it was a celebration of the Indian FGC (Fighting Game Community). Hosting legends like JDCR, Rangchu, Ulsan, and Mangja on Indian soil marks a new era for competitive Tekken in the region.
What made the event even more special was the response from our international guests. Players from Korea and Japan expressed how much they loved both TEKKEN Nexus and India. They returned home with smiles, carrying fond memories of the event and the hospitality they experienced here. Most importantly, they gave their word to Team TEKKEN India that they will definitely come back for the next edition of TEKKEN Nexus.
With this success, India has firmly established itself as a rising hub for international fighting game events. The passion of the community, combined with global participation, has set the benchmark for future tournaments.
